When you're having problems with your computer, you shouldn't have to wait days or weeks while a service technician takes your PC back to his shop.
At DTI, we realize the value of on-site service. Our PC repair services are done on-site, on location, at our regular hourly rate. We don't charge extra for on-site work, and we never will.
Our approach to PC repair is different from most companies. We aren't out to use a service call as an excuse to sell you new equipment. Of course, sometimes the purchase of new hardware or software is a good idea, but we never advise it simply for the purpose of "making a quick buck." DTI is interested in troubleshooting and fixing your computer problems.
