This results in a minimum of downtime for your computer system, and avoids the situation of you having to wait while your PC is repaired off-site.

While DTI's focus is on computer service, we also sell quality computer systems and components, from our supplier in western Ohio.
Our PC systems are customizable to fit your specific computing needs, contain only the highest quality components, and are backed by an excellent warranty.
We never recommend the purchase of a new computer system or component if you will not benefit from it. We don't use our on-site services as a means of making a "quick sell" of new equipment. We can afford to offer this honest evaluation of your computer needs; that's simply because our value and worth to you is as an honest, knowledgeable service company, first and foremost.
We gladly sell our PC systems and components, because we stand behind their quality. However, when new purchases are not justified, we simply do not recommend them. You can trust DTI to offer an honest evaluation of how your existing computer system is handling your desired computing needs.
