Warranty Information
Direct purchases are those made and handled through a DTI representative, either over the telephone or via personal consultation. The terms of this warranty can be summarized as the following:
PC Systems - Ultra PCs come with a 1 year limited warranty on all hardware, including the monitor when purchased as part of the PC system. DTI includes on-site labor costs for the replacement of defective parts at no extra charge for the duration of these warranties. Extended or additional warranties up to 3 years are available at additional cost.
Other Hardware & Accessories - DTI honors the manufacturer's warranty on these items, for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty. DTI includes on-site labor costs for the replacement of defective merchandise at no extra cost for the duration of these warranties.
Software - Software supplied with a new PC is not warranted by DTI and is, in most cases, not warranted by the software manufacturer. Returns for software purchased as individual packages are handled on a per-case basis. DTI has no policy on software returns, and does not provide a warranty for software. On-site service is available to resolve software problems, but it is not warranted, and you will be charged our regular hourly service rate after the initial installation visit for the PC or software.
Please note that DTI, at its discretion, may charge for incidental services related to warranty repairs. Such billable services may include, but are not limited to, setup of temporary equipment, data transfer, extraordinary mileage expenses, or any other service that is beyond the specific effort of making the warranty repair.

Daytamark Technologies, Inc. does not manufacture Ultra brand PCs. The Ultra brand is manufactured by Infotel Distributing. DTI does not and will not handle warranty claims for Ultra PCs not purchased through DTI.
